Anyone tried the KVR Carbon Fiber or Metal Matrix brake pads from corksport?? Do you like them? Im thinking of going with the KVR's, they are a few bucks cheaper and i like the look better, also gonna get the slotted rotors from corksport to. My car is gonna rock.

is there any particular reason for going slotted? as for brake pads. i remember reading a really good website about this only i forgot what board i read it on. carbon pads are nice pads, also the priceyer(sp) and for the degree of driving our protege's will see i dont see a real advantege over metal matrix. When you turn your car on... does it return the favor?

how about bendix ? Advanced auto parts has them for 35 a set, front/rear with 3 year warrenty and they get replaced once after they wear, so it's like buying 2 sets for the price of one. I just wanna know if bendix pads are good/quiet. They seem to be one of the most expensive pads they sell.00 dakota 4x4

they make fine daily driver pads, but they aren't really performance items. They will work fine unless you're looking for some GOOD brake pads."Never run out of real estate, traction & ideas at the same time"

How do you feel about the dust factor on the Axxis pads? I can't believe how black my rims get after just a few days of driving.Scott
