P.S. there is an allen screw that backs off the piston on the rear calipers.... I haven't touched it myself, only played with the rear drums on my DX, though.

try some liquid wrench let it soak overnite. If not just take it to a shop and have them heat it with a torch ...
in my uncles shop that is what we had to do sometimes

and bruce could so take you... 9 rounds barenuckle boxing on broken galss style.

I worked on the rear brakes of my LX today. I finally drove it home too. I couldn't get the rear caliper pistons to adjust out far enough so that the calipers would accept new pads.

That allen screw is a pain in the ass. I had to turn it many times until it was backed all the way out.

It didn't have mattered though, because the rear pistons don't seem to be squeezing anyway. I bled all four corners and only the fronts seem to be working. I'm not really sure what else to check. I guess I will get a C-clamp on the pistons and squeeze them back in case they are stuck. Trial and error I guess.

The pedal still feels squishy too. Braking distance seems to be sort of long also, but I guess that is to be expected with only the fronts working.
