    Another GTX Vacuum Question...

Does anyone know if the hose circled in the pic is supposed to go before or after the turbo? I am almost finished with my IC piping and need to know where it would be best to connect it to.

im pretty sure where you have it going is the spot for it.
on the orignail n/a motor that's were it when, but then agian it makes you think maybe it should go inbetween the turbo inlet and the air meter.
maybe try talking to the guy's on the U.K. forums or just post this ? there.

    thanks ryan

That hose is the IAC hose that connects from under the TB, where the IAC lives and normally connects to that little black box in our stock intake track. You will need to weld a bung in on your Upper I/C pipe and connect the house from the IAC to this bung just like you see in your picture above...

That's good to know! I know that on the n/a cars, it connect to the resonator box right after the VAF. That's why I was contemplating if I should keep it at the same location (just before the turbo) or as in the pic.

So factory is after the turbo? That is what it appears to me.

I have mine right after the VAF. It seems to work okay. Once I fix the coolant pipe I knocked loose I should be able to see how the car is running after extended periods of time.:ARCADE:
