I did some searching around on the forum and none mentioned anything about removing the headliners for the 2nd gens, Just a question but has anyone tried? It seems pretty well on there to me. Was wondering if anyone had and if there is a easy way to get the whole thing out, without cracking, peeling.

Yes i have you don't have to worrry about cracking the whole headliner is one solid peice and the backing is like an egg carton verry flexable. you have to remove the sun visors, overhead handles the ones over the doors the dome light assembly, and three push in locks near the back window and one on each side of the car behind the pillars where your seatbelt assembly is located. Believe me it sounds harder than it really is takes maybe 20 minutes98 Protege LX 5speed
