    another egt gtx problem..HELP ASAP!!!

ok guys, here goes . i know im gonna sound lie ka broken record but bare with me....

i just recently swapped the gtx into my 91 egt, im using the stock egt harness.. so far ive noticed i cant use the gtx o2 sensor, the gtx throttle body, an niether the fuel rail... i swapped my tb, i changed o2 sensors, now the problem is, theres this big yellow connector coming off the fuel rail, i tried connecting it to my egt harness an it doesnt plug in!, i tried swapping the one out of my old motor an it does plug in, but i notice on the other end of that connector, theres 2 more plugs, taht are suppose to be connected to these 2 boxes that i saw on the n/a BP motor that was right next to the alternator.. i look on the gtx motor an theres nuthin, theres nuthin to conect that end too, what should i do?? should i jus connect the end with the big yellow connector off the fuel rail an leave the other end hanging? let me know if u dont understand my question, again , sorry i sound liek a broken record but, i need help.. i might be able to get a pic..
    thanx alot guys,,, vic

There's an extra wire for the VICS, which the GTX manifold doesn't have, and there's another wire for a fuel pressure solenoid, which is closer to the thermostat housing on the GTX intake manifold.

ok, use the escort fuel rail harness section... then it the 2 big plugs will plug together (6 wire... i believe) then the BROWN plug is the fpr connector extend that and plug it into the solenoid mounted above the thermostat housing on the gtx head. the white wire you can cut and tape off. i think thats everything.. good luck sucka.

OK to make this more clearer for me an everyone else so i wont mess anythin up.. i have that fuel rail harness here in my hand... there are a total of 9 plugs,i connected the four for the injectors, than the one which is the big yellow plug, than this green plug goin to sumwere on the head or block or w/e, than this one for that solenoid im guessin u were talkin bout, which is near my thermostat,,now, on the far end of the harness theres 2 plugs left, which on the bp will go to these sensors by the alternator which the gtx doesnt have. wat do i do with these plugs, its a beige an white plug.. help please....clear it up for me please... thank you,,, vic

the white plug is for VICS i know that ... so we dont need to worry about that .. the brown/beige is for FPR ... i believe the FPR SOlenoid is under the little air breather off your head... its a two prong connector
right now i have the gtx fuel rail harness on and the gt fuel rail on... i hardwired the 6 plug to my gt harness and tapped the white/red wire to the frp solenoid and of course the green/orange
im still having my flooding problem
                    im about to swap rails
                    wish me luck ...
im almost wondering if i need some kind of managment... like a SAFC or something
dont wanna waste my cash on that...

from what I have read, SAFC + stock ECU can run the GTX.
The T3 BP MX-3 conversion has begun, and is taking forever & will kill me.

It sure can. I am running a GT ecu with GTX injectors and the SAFC. Cant complain.

Thats all that i'm gonna run. you could run the stock ecu and no piggyback if you wanted to. There someone in my town thats doing exactly that. Running iver 6 months and no real problems that I know of. Just cant get too crazy and try and up the boost leave it at stock.

Im sure I can up the boost if I wanted to since I have the SAFC to tune injectors, but I want to have my motor last for a while. The factory wastegate setting is plenty fast anyway.
