    94 Mustang Convertible BURNT!

My jeep is yes an atuomatic. Yes it is stock except for the agressive tires i just put on. Either way the other day i absolutely blew away an ugly teal 94 mustang.

Why was I racing a mustang? Because the kid driving the mustang felt like he had the urge to show off his car to me. So it went as such, we lined up at a red light that had just about a quarter mile to the next set of lights. Since I drive this road all the time I can almost sense when the light is going to turn green. Thus this asshole got the showup of a lifetime. My foot hit the gas the second the light turned green and I look behind me and i see this poor kid burning out at the line. The long of the short of it is that I beat him by about 2 car lengths at the next stop light in a 98 Jeep grand cherokee larado. I'll take a picture of my picture some day and get it uploaded so you can see how unmodded it is. Har har.

What kind of Mustang was it? Or should I say muffstang b/c I am sure it was a 6-cylinder, and in that case, I would hope your jeep grand cherokee would beat it. Those 6-cylinders aren't fast at all and the cherokee has a lot of power and torque to it, at least my moms old one did.

it was a 2.0 litre 8 cylander. The kid just can't drive a standard to save his life.

        you mean 5.0l 8 cylinder? Or the smaller/older 2.3l 4 cyl? I think it was a 2.3l.

Those grand cherokee's are V8s, correct?

The '93-'95 Mustangs came in that ugly teal color and those year GTs and Cobras came with 5.0s.

that year 5.0 only makes about 180hp or less at the rear wheels, so yeah its believable that a cherokee beat it. But watch out for the new 4.6's 260hp and even the new 3.8 v6's still make a respectable 190hp.
