Which is beter?? help!!

Hi, i have a curiosity, what do you think?
Is very noticiable the diference of quality of sound between two speakers with the same amount of watts and 6x9 but one 3-ways and the other one 2-ways?

with that being said, it comes down to the fundamental rule of picking speakers:

pick whatever sounds best to you, since each person hears differently.
