can somebody help me out?

the avatar always tells me the pictures are too big, and sometimes they say they are the wrong format, could someone please fix these 1st 3 pictures (from left to right) for me and make them the right size/file type so i can use them in my sig and avatar?
my garage is the only place i can seem to get them.
