    Brake Calipers??

What are those metal clips (look like paper clips) that hold the brake pad called and where can I get some? Mine are all bent up and one his missing. The tiny stud on the top one of the calipers keeps sliding out.

    Thanks
    Steven

You can buy the hardware kits separately, but apparently only the pad set you get from the dealer come with them. The ones you get at NAPA and so on don't come with them.

You can get it from other autoparts stores. I know.
You just don't get them when you get pads from say NAPA or Autozone or those places, but you can go into those same places and get the hardware kit. I had to do that for my rears when I got new pads the last time.
With out those "M" shaped springs for example I had a set of rear pads wear out within a few months.

Yea, I went to the dealership and they said, they only come with the pads. $60..I dont think so.

So your saying I can go to AZ and get a hardware kit and they will include the springs?

go ask a parts store and then ask to see whats in a hardware kit.
