Actually, I think the credibility of the populace went way up. I grew up in CA, and am glad to see they finally realized the incompetence of their governor, which they elected again! despite all the problems with him.
Think of this: in the last couple weeks, he made at least two stupid things happen, that I know of.
1. He TRIPLED the car registration fees that are annual. A brand new car would cost around $300 per year, though now they are $900!!! All because of his lack of foresight/response to the drop in revenues with the dot.com bubble burst.
2. Then he authorized illegal aliens to get driver's licenses!! Why do you think? to get votes of course
