    APC Foglight wiring kit.

As much as I generally dislike APC products (you can't spell CRAP without APC) I just bought their wiring kit so I could hook up my new driving lights and I was highly impressed. The kit includes a sheathed set of wires for the lights, a fused wire to hook up to the battery, a relay, and an illuminated switch. The instructions are VERY easy to follow if you have limited skill with electronics like myself I plan on replacing the included swith with an EGT foglight switch when I get the chance only because I want it to look OEM, there's nothing wrong with the included switch. There is PLENTY of wire to reach everywhere conceivable, you'll want to wire-tie the extra out of the way (a couple wire-ties are included).

In conclusion, if you're going to wire up some aftermarket lights I highly recommend the purchase of an APC wiring kit for about 10 bucks at Wal*Mart... it made life MUCH easier

Well the foglights recommend a wiring kit, but I couldn't find it at Wal*Mart so I bought the APC kit. I was seriously impressed by the quality though even if it is APC, their spoilers and **** are ghey for sure

i bought a fog light kit at autozone and it was under the name of Pilot. the light housing was very pretty looking, was heavy so i believe it was housed out of cast steel. they had the exact same harness as you descibed. very well made. nothing was cheap looking or cheaply made. one of the best products i've bought

so if i get OEM or aftermarket foglights and buy this wiring kit i would be able to make it work even with my OEM switch? (which i already have)

btw, would someone be able to help me figure out how or where to tap to make the OEM foglight switch light up when i turn my parklights on? just like how the other switches lights up?

Ok, I've got to ask, what is the rage about the damn escort GT foghlight switch? Why not get one from the miata's and have the same switch? At least has a indicater in it that tells you that yo have a your foglights on( great for day time when you don't need them on).
