When I was up at this stop light here in Green Bay where I live this guy in his quote on quote Supped up Grand am pulled up next to me and started taking **** so I told him put your money where you mouth is. He was all like why would someone put a performance muffler on a ****ty old school import car. ans saying **** like that. So I said to my self lets roast his ass and take his money wheile doing it.
So we went to the industrial park were we sometimes race and we raced about a 3 bock straight away. My 1991 protege with 41,000 miles killed his grand am by like 2-3 car lengths. After the race the punk did not even stop he kept driving so me and my friends had to chase him down to get the $200.00 I just raced him for. The guy was salty let me tell you all.
My favorite pass time is beating american cars and using the money I win to buy parts for my protege.
My cars mods.
- I bought a engine from my local j/y claming it was a 1993 Jdm engine for a protege.
I do not know what the jdm code for bp is so I do not know if it was true. They did have the gauge cluster that was in calometers. The cluster equaled 41,000 miles. So the engine was very clen and there was almost no were when I took it apart to make shure I did not get screwed.
- I have a hight flow (MAF) senser. I customized mine to get more horse power.
- I have advanced timeing
- Exhaust, and cold air intake
- fuel filter upgrade
- coilovers, new stock struts
- after market bushings on the front end.
