    Walnut Ridge (AR) National Tour

    I really wish that I could have attended this event, but I had to work Friday night and it's an 8 hour drive.

    Anyway, our own Jesse absolutely killed ES in his MR2, beating not only the class by over a second, he also beat the CS Miatas as well as CSP and SM and almost beat the 2003-2004 BS (now AS) National champ . I haven't seen the PAX results yet, but I would be surprised if he wasn't 2nd or 3rd (Eric Strelnieks PAXed faster in his SS Z06).

    Pretty damn impressive driving.

    Paxed 3rd, behind Strilnieks in SS and Brian Matteucci in his DSP BMW 325is.

    Thank Julie for giving me a call last night. I wish I had been able to answer, but I was extremely sick the majority of Sunday and the entire trip home.

    By the way, this was the first event in the MR2 since Nationals last September. Also first event on the new konis and Kumho V710s. I have to say...the car just worked beautifully! I love the V710s, and the $300 bucks in contingency.

          The new konis are nice too... We may have to go bigger on the front bar, since the struts actually work now.

          And if my last run was clean, I would have outpaxed Erik by .3 although still like over a second behind Brian.

                  At first when you posted that darryl I was like light under the tire? Did something fall off.... then I saw the pics, and this one caught my eye immediately.
