    No pedal

I just replaced front pads, rear calipers and pads and master cylinder. Now almost no pedal. The booster is holding vacium and I have pedal until I start it then it goes to the floor. I have bled the MC twice and each wheel 3 times just to be sure all air is gone. Do I need to adjust the booster rod and if I do can anyone tell me how?
I'm lost and sure would appreciate some advice.

sounds to me like you still have air or moisture in the Anti lock brake diverter

        *borrowed info* http://www.asashop.org/autoinc/august97/service.htm

        Follow these steps when troubleshooting:

        * To determine if the pedal drop is due to a malfunction in the modulator valve, begin by disconnecting the brake line from the master cylinder port serving the rear brakes.
        * Install a solid tubing plug in the outlet port. When you perform this procedure, have an assistant depress the brake pedal about one half inch to purge any air from the outlet. Tighten the plug while your assistant holds the pedal in this position. If the pedal no longer drops as it did when the rear circuit was connected, this would indicate a problem in the rear brake circuit and not the master cylinder.
        * Reconnect the brake line to the master cylinder.
        * Disconnect the outlet at the modulator valve and block off the outlet port of the modulator valve and retest the brake pedal in the same manner. If the pedal drop reappears, the problem is in the modulator valve. The modulator valve is not repairable and must be replaced as an entire assembly.

this doesnt apply 2 all vehicles but just some general info that may help you

if you got air or moisture in your anti lock brake computer/ diverter it will have 2 be fully bled also
