ive been sitting here for 10 minutes trying to think of how to word this so im not flamed to death.
ok so i live the fall, i love the middle of the night when its quiet and cool... and the smell of the night air, ahhhh.... calming.
so after takinf my girlfriend home at 12:30am decidde to drive around town for a bit and enjoy the night, not looking for a race or anything like that
after about an a half hour i decide to come home, so i flip a U in a fast food parking lot, as im doing this i notice a white 'Stang (late 90's) and wouldnt you know it, the light is orange and there we are. its a girl driving, her bf in the passenger seat. light is green and i go like normal driving. she FLOORS IT, and to my suprise its a V8, i figure **** it and floor it. now heres the odd part, she did not own me. my lights stayed in front of her rear bumper. we raced for about... id say 15 seconds.
now i know that mustangs are no camaro's, but still! and ive beaten a few 3.8 v6's before, but i would have thought that a 5.0 would have been long gone.
therefore ive coome to these soultuins:
1. woman driver, couldnt shift (but im pretty sure was an auto)
2. it was just a VERY loud, and i mean VERY loud, 3.8l (but i know well what a 5.0 sounds like and that sure was simmilar)
3. im on cocane.
you might say, well mabye she wasnt racing you, but im quite fammiliar with the sound of a car thats been suddenly and violently floored.
