Sorry guys, I've called around and Genie doesn't make a header for the 3rd gen 1.6L or the 2nd gen Z5.

As noted above, Genie does not currently have an application for the second generation Protegé (1995 - 1998).

            Pricing is listed in first post for first generation Protegé (1990 - 1994), third generation Protegé/Protegé5 (1999 - 2003), 323 (1986 - 1995), MX-3, Miata (1991 - 1993), RX7 (5, 4 13B Rotary) and Ford (91-94) Festiva/Aspire/Kia B3 1.3L.

My Bad I geuss $USD Just looks Odd, I would sugest to maybe edit it to "$ USD" it will be more easy to read.

                    Just My 2 cents.

How are these compared to the OBX headers for the 2.0L?

No worries Rac3rX...I should've posted the pricing a bit larger, but I can't edit now.

Scott, thanks for posting up the pricing info.

Can't edit posts that are older than a certain amount of hours. Sorry. Thanks for the pointer though.

Not sure how they compare to the OBX headers for the 2.0L. I didn't even know OBX made headers for the FS.

We've sold many of the Genie headers to members of our local Protegé club and they've all been very happy with fitiment, quality and performance.

Here's some photos of the Genie headers on a 2.0L FS:

They look Fresh, and the fitment looks nice (THeres Room)

What about coleurs, its not only availible in Blue (Im a Fan of Poloshed componants and Red accents, I dont think Blue would fit in)

                          Thanks For the Info.

They're only available in that blue colour. It fades a bit to a light powder blue colour after a bit of use (as pictured), but it doesn't look bad or flake or anything.

If you were really turned off by the colour, my advice would be to get them ceramic coated to the colour of your choice. This would aid in performance as well as keeping the heat where it should be (in the pipe) and lower under hood temperatures similar to the way header wrap would work but without the negative side effects and the clean appearance.
