Is it even possible? I'm still planning so no actual work has been done. I'll need whole clutch sys and pedals and everything. Any thoughts on this are welcome.

AT to MT swap is a major pita. Rally94, and cablemirc have done it as well as a few others. It is not for the weak hearted. Not to say it cant be done though.
