    FS into a 1G?

This evidentally has an FS... how much work is involved in dropping one of these in a 1G? Sorry if this is a common question, the search function didn't work.

More work than it's worth... the BP will do you just as well.

money spent from finding a FS and swapping it in, put into a BP = more power.

      Cool 323 though.
The T3 BP MX-3 conversion has begun, and is taking forever & will kill me.

yeah, man, trust me, from all the work i've put into my FS, they just plain suck. work with what you got.

you know honestly, i think the swap should be pretty simple, find u a 4cyl mx6/probe and go at it. I can almost gurantee the only probs u will face is the electronics, and the harness, b/c the probe/mx6 harness (i think) connects to the dash. but i tihnk the 94 model probe/mx6 would be your best parts car to get seeing that its obdI. but iv e heard everyoen say that the motors arent worth it...soo thats the only reason why i didnt do it.

The FS engines are not worth it compared to the B series engines IMO. BUT, with upgraded rods that don't look like toothpicks its starting to be a good engine to work with. If you already have it your car, build it but I would'nt swap it in my car. BPs are GREAT engines. Last year on the dyno I was with a bunch of FS powered 3rd gens and most of 'em did between 96 and 102 whp. I did 114 whp with my stock BP. hehe

yea thats what i was seein, it would be a great motor to build.. it has alot of aftermarket backkup. But i really would love to throw a FE dohc motor in a 1st gen, those a re just superb motors, like the displacemen of the fs, and the strength of a BP.
