u kno how if u use snow tires in the summer u ruin them, is it the opposite for winter tires?

I think with the case of snow tires wearing faster in the summer is the compound will break down under the heat of summer driving, plus the tread will wear faster on pavement. Azenis shouldn't wear faster under colder conditions though traction will be an issue.

I know a Neon kid that ran the older azenis over a winter.
And they SUCK for a winter tire. I think I had to pull him out of the ditch like once a week.
I think a R compound tire would do better.
And he said they didn't perform the same when the next autoxing season rolled around, and comparing his time from the past year showed that he was runin' slower.

Dood, I'd just go out and pick up some cheap ass winter tires, they'd have to perform better.

You will ruin your car, but not your tires

Just drive carefully and you should be okay... after having all wheel drive for the winter last year, I noticed that I had (previously) had a lot more trouble starting than stopping in the snow. Give yourself lots of time to start and and stop. You know, all the common sense stuff.
