What do I need for this swap??

Simple question! What do I need to swap a 1.6L B6T manual into my manual 1.6L B6 1991 323 Hatch?? is the tranny, mounts, and harness the same? I know I need the ECU thats a no brainer but what about mounts and such stuff! Thank you very much! and is it an easy swap?

just drop a bp in it. you'll run close to the same numbers and you can turbo that. or get a gtx engine.180hp.

          check out corksports site.

I think there are some minor differences between the engines that they had documented, and how to get around them. You will have to search the site for the info if it's still up there.

          Good Luck and have fun.

hey colin, if you have the B6T motor around, you can probably take some pics of it, and people here who have delt with the B6s could tell you if its the same set up or not.

and if it doesnt end up being the right one, you can use a B6 DOHC from a mx-3 4 banger, and that WILL bolt into your 323 and the turbo stuff SHOULD bolt onto that.

good luck and i've told you before! if you need help let me know, you're only maybe 2 hours away.
