soon enough i'll have a decent pic of my car now...its lowered..but kind of strangly. i may get crap for this one...but its worked....when i got my springs...i was told they were for a 2nd gen...but when i got the box...it was a different spring...one for the third gen ( it wasnt taped...so possible they needed a box to put them in) i compared the springs...even measured diameter and such...and they fit and work perfect. the ride is pretty stiff, at least compared to stock, i dont have another lowered pro to compare to. once i can get my car on the ground (im re-painting my wheels because i got new tires) i'll take a quick measure...front and back wheel well arches, in the middle, through the middle of the wheel (bearing/centercap) which is usually a good place to compare different variations of the same car for height differences...

you are all lucky you can mess with the springs, if i lower my car one more inch it would kiss snow here in michigan, so no love for my car

I don't consider my car all that low...a nice amount lower than stock though (theres one of those turqouise colored 95/96's at my school thats stock except for some 15" konig wheels, looks rediculous IMO but he parks next to me which makes my car look good )and i don't bother driving in the snow if i can help it. especially since i moved up here to Mass...theres alot more snow than in CT where i was, and its still hard to get around

Mine is pretty low - i have a pic on my factory 13"s but thats at home (on work comp) - Its stupidly low on 13"s though. Doesn't get over speed bumps

i have a set of stock springs/struts that i swap in for the winter months this way i can have the best of both worlds. hopefully this is the last winter for my protege. i want it to be in for paint and a body kit this time next year and store it the rest of the winter and drive some sort of winter beater.
