Check Out the Rims I Bought...

    Whazzup Yall... 2nd post...

Ok, First off, Had a Question... Will 17x7.5 wheels fit on a 94 Protege??? Regardless, I couldnt resist to buy these wheels (and tire package) just read the package, and then look at the price i paid TOTAL...

Ok... I am supposed to recieve them from San Diego sometime next week (they were supposed to be here this week but due to the Fires over there, there was a delay). Please get back at me yall... If worst comes to worse, I can just sell the rims to some one for cheap and get some 17x7's somewhere... Peace Yall

I am not sure if 7.5" wide tire would fit your well. I have 6.5" on my car with 15" rims, and no problems. Also, the 4 lug patter should be 4x100, otherwise, it will not fit.

Post some pics when you get them on car. Goodluck.

7.5 with a 42mm offset is gonna be REALLY tight to the rear arms, the front should be fine. The offset will void any fender rub issues, but now it's a suspension rubbing issue. A little extra rear negative camber can help if they do rub a little.

My 17x7's rubbed slightly when I turned my wheel. 7.5's might be OK.

but what was the offset...thats what everyone forgets about when dealing with wheels, a few mm's can be glorious sweet victory

Man... Ok... coo... I hope these wheels fit:

Im still not sure that these will fit because of the 7.5" width, even with the 42mm offset... If anyone else has this width wheel get back to me... ::Sigh:: GuB DaMNiT!

Unless they are super sweet machined spacers (H&R) don't bother.

                          A. they reduce the amount of threads on the lugs
                          B. They could cause balancing problems
                          C. They are a bandaid fix
                          D. just get the proper wheel!!!!

My plan all along was to get the wheel spacers from H&R.... and the top of the line quality ones at that...... a little bit wider stance just seems NEEDED........ i heard wheel spacers can have all kinds of negative effects on the suspension and such tho...like wheel bearings going out faster and such....

what are some of the down falls???

what would be some of the positive aspects as well???
