depends if you are mechanically inclined or no ... the job is not that difficult but can be a little tedious due to the limited space in the area. The parts are like $150 .... and the info can even be found in a Chilton's manual at your local auto store.

The good thing is that if the timing belt does snap, it won't wreck your engine since the BP is non-interference

What are you talking about for help? Are you asking someone to give you guidance, or do you want someone to do it for you?
You came to the right place for guidance. I found a schematic just last night that addresses the very issue your talking about.

If you want someone to physically help you, send me a PM. You don’t have to pay $650 to have it done. You have to realize something though. I am not a professional shop. I guaranty that I will try my hardest to make it work the way it's supposed to, but if your car gets hit by a meteor (unforeseen problems) while I'm working on it, I'm not going to take responsibility for it. I just can’t afford to.

You best choice is to do it yourself if you can IMO

I did this work to my DOHC before and both the jobs went just fine.

im in portland and will do it for parts + 250 labor. pm me if your intrested, if not... you can pm me for guidance... while ford does charge alot, there is a reason for it, its a pain in the butt on these motors to do the waterpump since its right on the chassis basically.... its time consuming... you know if you want me to do it i think i could even throw in a water pump for like 20 bucks (the part) i bought it like a year ago, ended up dropping a new motor in... not to mention i now have a gtx waterpump and dont need usdm crap so its brand new, i think i got it for nearly 40 bucks with my buddys discount
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

No, it's not as hard as you think. It's harder. I've done it several times now and have experience doing it on different transaxle cars. It's not hard but it's painfully annoying. I take an hour and a half too if I count only the needed work that was done. The unforseens mentioned on the post above is the problem: the tool you can't find, the cut on your hand, the screw that got rounded off due to space restrictions, the sealant you didn't buy beforehand, etc, etc. That hour and a half can become 3 or 4 hours easily. Once again, the actual work for the job only is under 2 hours. Like I said, I've done it several times and once on my 1st gen and also on my 2nd gen. The easiest was my Chevy Beretta that was also transaxle but 6 cylinders. Changing the 3 back spark plugs, now that was a nightmare on that car. Yes, you heard right, simple spark plugs became a nightmare. The three front ones were like any other car--easy. I still recommend doing this yourself if you're anywhere near mechanically inclined. The manual and minimal mechanic's knowledge is good enough.

If that's true then I suck. However, I have to see that with my own eyes to believe it. Sorry, don't mean to sound like a jerk. Are you a mechanic who does this on a regular basis?
