Flipping through my GRM this morning, and what do I see? Congrats, Jesse I had known of the results, but hadn't noticed it in GRM until this morning.

Upon further discussion, apparently jesse was also in the magazine for a slot car article. Sorry about the quality, my scanner sucks.

Pff...Jesse can't drive. Don't let him fool ya. Congrats again, Jesse.

On a side note, I convinced a friend of mine to purchase the second place car when it went up for sale. He said it's an awsome car and handles very well.

If all goes well, I may just try and attend next year's nationals.

Actually, the "hired gun" drivers get to drive whatever the participants want them to drive. I don't get assigned to any one particular car, but they have the option of letting me drive it. Either way, I worked the Challange last year and it's a blast to see what everyone built. This year will only be more fun.
