swapping everything from a EGT to my SOHC

I can pick up a donor 91 escort GT with a 95 engine and tranny for a really good price. Question is how much time do I need to transfer everything over to my SOHC protege?

    including the rear disc conversion?

    good luck.

the EGt will have everything you need IF both of your trannies are the same. to doe a brake swap you will need the master cyl form the EGT. and Ford shat all aover the wiring, so you will need to track down a mazda ECU. Yuo should use as much of your stock harnesses as possible including the harness on you fuel rail. (for this you will need to extend the wiring for the engine coolant temp sensor) your current tranny will bolt yup so no need to **** with that. just put your flywheel on the BP.

If you have any other question just PM me, or bcowie

ok take a day to diaassembe the EGT, with a friend. Keep EVERY boly you remove from the EGT!. then take a day to remove the engine from the mazda, and transfer stuff from the mazda engine to the BP. label everythings, the wiring harnesses most particualarty. use diffent ziplocks for different catergory's of bolts, ie tranny, mounting, wheels. then take a day to install the engine, re fit the lables wiring, and test.

It will take about a day to drop the
