Zaino Detail and how to ...LONG

I picked up what I think is the best detailing products money can buy. Its called Zaino. These products will give your paint a mirror finish depending on paint conditions. In my case my paint isn't in the greatest shape but decent for a 11 year old car with crappy Ford paint. You can see before and after in the pics the hood was dull with no reflection and now is with only one coat. The wax doesn't leave any white marks on plastic and is very easy to remove. The first step is to wash the car down with Dawn detergent soap to get rid of any left over wax that is on the car. Its not a good ides to use this soap often 3 times a year is OK as it will dull your paint. Next is to wipe down the car with 100% cotton towels that are made in the USA. Cheap ones from Walmart or K-mart are not 100% even though they say they are. They will cause scratches in your paint. I got mine from bed bath and beyond were $10 each and will last up to a year when properly taken care of. Next I washed the car again with the zaino car wash soap and then again dried the car. Next step is to clay bar the car. This step is very important to how your finish will turn out. Clay bar is like playdough that is rough. It acts like wet sanding your paint. Its taking off a thin layer and removing fine scratchs, water spots, rain fall out, rust, exc out of the paint. You have to keep the spot yours claying wet so the clay will slip like a puck on ice. Use soapy water or equivelant. You want to move they clay over your paint in small areas untill the paint is smooth with the clay riding over it. At first it will sound like sanding then will become smooth. Once your done you will have to wash the car again and dry. Once done I used the Z2 pro polish. Apply on a 100% cotton pad and work into the paint. Allow to dry and buff off with a cotton rag. Then I used the Z6 witch is a gloss enhance to remove any dust or left over missed wax. This should be used in-between the waxing process to leave the paint ready for the next coat. Only a small amount is needed no need to go overboard. Once done I used the Z5 wax. This too is apply via cotton pad but is applyed in a back and forth moition only. This helps give a reflecting effect. Let dry for 30 min then buff clean. You can go back and fourth between the two wax's untill you reach a desired shine. You should always end with Z2 as it has more gloss enhancers in it. Once you reach your shine one last application of the Z6 and your done. This protection will last well over 150 wash's and only Z6 is needed to bring back the shine. You can apply Z2 and Z5 whenever you wish to add more shine typically 1 coat is good for an average car. Sorry for the long write up...This stuff work wonders if interested check them out. www.zainostore.com

Yes and that is why I see muscle cars and many nice high end cars using the stuff...

If you say something, provide us with information about what you use, but don't think it's a ricer thing because it is used by many MANY owners.
