    91- 92 MX-6 GT... considering it...

had i done more reading when i had 3k in my hands looking for a new car, i'd have one of these instead of my protege...

sure, i love my protege, and the mx6 is only a two-door and i really like making my passengers use their own damn doors, but, goddamn. For the same price i paid for my protege, i could get a nice MX6 GT that's only 10 miles from home right now.

lately, instead of think of new mods for my protege, i can't stop thinking about how i could possibly get one of these...
$10 an hour + insurance + phone + etc... doesn't really allow me to save up in full for another car in a good amount of time.

i've been devising a plan that goes a little something like 'save up at least 1k over a couple months -> sell protege + part out the few mods i have\am getting -> drive mom's extra beater while -> look to buy an mx6 gt...'

    is this wise?
i don't know much about any tech issues with mx6s... so far i think the only draw back would be two doors, but even that is a ... considering an mx6 already has all clear front lenses, all red rear lenses, glass sunroof, spoiler, turbo, etc...
so i could eliminate those from my 'to mod' list...
