    my poor MSP :(

coming off of 95 onto 595 last night I heard a loud snap, then my engine temp shot way up and the battey light came on. I immediatly pulled over and got under the hood with a flshlight. the serpentine belt snapped off and the engine spewed coolant everywhere. I let it cool down and krept
@ 15 MPH to Gunther mazda which was about a mile away. I hope they get her fixed soon.

Wow, that sucks... How many miles do you have on it? A belt just snapping isn't all that common with a brand new friggin car!

edit: I just got off the phone with Mike @ Gunther Mazda. they replaced the belt and checked all accesories and perfomed a compression check on the motor. all is OK and I'll have me baby back this afternoon

Now thast what I call freakin service! That is pretty strange that a belt that new would just snap. The important thing though is that shes ok n ull be back on the road!

the coolant blew the top off the resorvoir tank because the belt that drives the water pump broke and the car overheated. It got sooo damn hot so fast that it melted the resorvoir too. so I have a warped coolant resoirvoir.

They're hooking you up with a new resoirvoir, right? If not, now would be a good time get one of those custom ones.

Let me know when you want to hook up those LED's in your side blinkers. I did mine last night...dayam their bright!!!

Not a pain at all. I got the lights out with fishing string and the bulb set-up was the same as the interior lights (3 bulbs ea.).
