Jag AJ-V6 + MTX-75 into a GTX of AWD Pro?
Or just the MTX-75 tranny? It's short and has a 40/60 rear bias center LSD.
IIRC, same orientation as the B-series.

Aren't the engines mounted longitudinally in the Cossies?
GTX and Jag engine are transverse.
I think you're thinking of the MT-75.
