The clicking means that there's a bulb that's burnt somewhere so check your corner, your tailight, and every other place where the bulb does not light up. Also, check the fuses but it's most likely a bulb that's burnt. As for the foggy headlights, do a search as this has been covered before.

if your turn signal is flashing/clicking about twice as fast as usual you have a burnt out turn signal on that side.
When you turn your car on... does it return the favor?

well it depends on how much effort you are willing to put inot your car. on average disaslebling a dash takes 10 hours. I'm going to toot my own horn, i did it in 5.5 but i knew what i was doing and who to call to solve certian problems.

to remove the turn signal, you will need to remove all the trim on the drivers side. Reove the trim on the steering wheel, remove the steering wheel(you need to shimmy if off) then remove the bolts the keep the steering wheel up(aka the 2 boths that attach it to the dash) Then remove the turn signal. that also mus me shimmied off and it is a long puipe with several components on it.

or you could just check all of your bulbs for a burnt out one. i'd put my money on a burnt out bulb.

                  Cleaning ur headlights...

I just cleaned mine today... there are many ways to do it.. but this is what I did:

                  Bought some:

                  1500 and 1000 grade sandpaper
                  Some Paint Thinner
                  Some Clear Coat

I simply took the foggy headlights out, cleaned them, wet sanded them down, cleaned them again, (some people polish them, I dont know) then i sprayed them with clear coat... Here is a pic before and after... I will prolly post a how to as soon as I find some time... Only takes about 3 hours... most of the time is spent waiting for the clear coat to dry...

This has come up before... One of the best cleaning products for plastic headlights is something called "Blue Magic Plastic Cleaner". You can buy it at Auto Zone or Wal Mart for about 4 bucks a bottle. Clean the lenses with water and then dry, and then use a clean cloth (I usually use an old T-shirt or a shop towel) to apply the cleaner.

                          Good job!
