    effin shock

well now that it has gotten colder up here in Vermont, my back driverside shock completely freezes up, were talking its not moving at all. which makes for a very rough ride.... i try to get on the back bumper or backseat and jump around to try to free it up but its not working to well..

anybody got a quick fix for this, im not up for spending millions of dollars cause im trying to save for another mazda

    thanks
    Colin

get a new shock. you are looking at about $300 to replace _both_ rear shocks.
When you turn your car on... does it return the favor?

mx-6's are nice, very nice... get the GT aka the f2t engine(turbo). or stick with the protege. i owned an mx-6gt. i loved the car but i love my protege that much more. but to each their own.

unless the struts are hellasciously(my word ) expensive and u dont own a set of spring compressors, i could see it being that much. but for me i figure for stock struts 150 at the most for both.

i'm sorry if this offends you.... 300 bucks is a total. as in labour included. if you can get a set of _NEW_ struts and have them installed professionally for under my price in CDN(candaian dollars) i love to see it.

until then i'm just going to seriously question the content of your posts...
