My name is Jo. I just turned 21. I was born, raised, and reside in NH. I am a ASE certified mechanic. I have an Associates Degree in Automotive TechnoIogy. I work at a small shop in my town. We fix Saabs only(and the occasional Protege). I got into the field about 3 years ago, after I got sick of paying people to work on my car. I love my job and the awesome opportunities it brings.

Before I got my license, I used to want a Honda. I wanted to be like all of the others. At the time(and currently), my sister had a '93 Protege LX. My dad loved the car so much that he wanted me to get one. He found one(mine) downtown for sale for $1200. He took my money out of the bank and picked me up from work. He told me that we were going to buy a car for me. When I saw it, I was pissed and didn't want it.

The car was a 1993 Protege LX 5-speed with a sunroof. It is my first and only car. I got it with about 129K on it, when I was 16. Now it has 185K on it. It was born beautiful tungsen metallic grey, and I ruined it after I rolled the car onto the drivers side one night. I hit my head so hard that I decided to paint my car with spray paint.

I found Club Protege while searching the internet for performance parts for my car. I used to think that there was nothing out there for these cars. I was wrong. Everyday I drive my car, I love it more. It's not much to look at.............yet, and the engine is pretty tired. Things are going to be changing for the better. Stay tuned."

I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.

Spraypaint aside (what kinda sicko would spraypaint their car flat black ), that car really is a fantastic machine and has a lot of things done to it.

Yeah! It's a great car even without the GTR (but still get a GTR anyway).

                Thanks guys.

Yes, the plan is to go back to the original color. It's pretty fitting that the new bumpers and grille just so happen to be the right color as well.

Congrats bro. I didn't vote for you cause I knew it wasn't time for you to win. Hope you know what I mean. When you get that beast put together it will be a beast. So are you planning a bpt gtr swap in the future??? I can't wait to see the body parts together. I say fk the winter. The body parts that you got won't rust just remember that.

I completely agree, it definitely wasn't my time. That is why I discouraged people from voting for me. I feel as if my car is undeserving at this time, and that people with much nicer rides deserve it. Don't take this the wrong way, I am grateful for the honor I received, and thanks to all of my fans.

Someday you will be cool enough to win.

I'm not quite sure what I want to do yet. I don't want to do a BP-T swap, that would be like getting a Honda IMO. If I'm going to do it, I'm going to go big. We'll see what happens.

No ****, I know my bumpers wont rust. I'm not going to paint my car right before the salty winter. I don't want to put my expensive and rare bumpers on, and then slide into something in the snow. With my USDM bumper on, I already plow a lot of snow, it gets deep here man. I'd only plow more snow with my JDM bumpers on. I'm going to do it right, and unveil a whole new look in the spring. Look out!
