I have a customer with a blown diff and a hole in his trans (MT) and he needs a new case and diff. (or the whole tranny). The car is a 01 Protege with 2.0
Can someone help him out ? Got some extra cases sitting around taking up space that can be turned into cash ? He/we will entertain any reasonable offer.

Try maz-toy or Foster Auto. I know that Fosters has a few P5 thats were I got my steering wheel.

Yeah, tried parts.com et al. $650 to $850 for a trans.
I'm trying to get a hold of an older mx6, 626 (93-97) trans from a 2.0L to see if the cases are different, which I think they are. They are only $250- $300.

On a good day I could get to Mt Vernon in I think 2 hrs. On a Normal day I think 2 1/2-3. However bad traffic is...

But that is good about the 7. My bro just headed off to college and needs his car back... He is in Ellensburg now.
