    American Muscle vs Japanese Technology

For many of us having a japanese car that gets 20mpg and can beat a big block chevy is a wonder ful thing but If you had the money which would you prefer japan or american muscle?

If it were purely a 'play' car, not a daily driver, Muscle Car all the way. Nothing like the sound of a nice V8 (LS1 or mustang 4.6/5.0), and torque is the bomb.

Plus not all big-displacement cars get terrible gas mileage. The C5 corvette gets about 19mpg in the city with an auto tranny, and hits 60 in under 5 seconds. Beautiful.

I would want a 69 camaro SS, Just to drive, But for a daily driver i would def want a FWD car not a stang or a transam. There are to many hills to try to climb in the snow here in CT to own a muscle car

and you own the 2nd slowest Protege ever made.

the "fast" ones (relative, of course) don't get anywhere near that.
