    HELP fuel pump not working

Ok here we go. my car isnt turning on. i popped the fuel line by the injectors out to check to see if the pump is pumping fuel to the motor and no. So i go and buy a new walbro pump and install it , thinkni the pump was bad. i pu the pump in with a new fuel assembly with it into the tank. Now the car does the same exact thing, doesnt start. the pump doesnt even turn on because i cant hear it whine at all wen i turn the key to the on position. NOW, in the diagnosis port i used a wire to jump the F/P slot to the GND slot. BINGO, the pump turns on. what does this mean? is my relay(the big black and yellow one) by the ecu bad? i already tried to put 4 different relays in there and it doesnt even help. i can hear the relays click. Is there any other fuses or relays in my 91 gt that controll the fuel pump? i need help , the car doesnt start for crap. I know my buddy wht95scort has a 15 amp fuse udner his seat by the tin where the fuel pump is, but i dont , so is it placed sumwere else on my 91? if someone can help i'd apreciate it, im all out of ideas! thank you

MAybe a wire got pinched vic. Also chek the fuel cutoff switch in the hatch area, and check the relay that i believe is under the rear seat by the fuel assembly lock ring.

Have you checked for power and ground at the pump?

Vic, try sticking a screwdriver in the vaf flap to hold it away from the fuel cutoff. Also check for power at the pump. Check distributor also.
