    Easiest way for headlight adjustment

Anyone? I REALLY need to adjust mine as they are way too high with the H&R springs making the backs angle be lower then stock and thus the lights are too damn high and they don't do **** when driving at night when your blind like me!

There should be two adjuster screws in each headlight, phillips head.

Pull up to a garage door or wall at night, and adjust away.

What is this garage "door" you speak of? My garage is nekkid!!!

PS: Are the screws visible from the top just for up and down movement? I'd hate to hit the side to side ones if they are there and REALLY go nuts for weeks trying to make it "seem" right!

The ones on the top are for "up" and "down", and the ones on the side are for "left and "right".

escort headlights are different, the adjusters are little (6 mm?) hex/allen key shaped thingers that stick up behind the core support iirc. it leads down into a plastic gearbox. these gearboxes like to rust/corrode preventing you from adjusting headlights. dont ask how i know this...

You need a 4mm socket and a phillips screwdriver and you're golden. If you have a Hayne's it tells you the proper way to aim them in it.

Well its finally done. And yeah i don't see why you said you needed a screwdriver! Just needed the smaller socket that i didn't have and because it was driving me INSANE, i just used a adjustable for the time being. Smallest i had was 5.5mm.

One of the adjusters on my headlights is the 4mm hex head and the other is a larger hex head with a phillips slot on it, maybe it's because they're aftermarket.

Yeah both the short for vertical and the long one for horizontal adjustment is the same thing with no screw driver cuts which btw isn't a bad idea! Must find dremel!
