Strangest problem happened to me. The ABS light on my dash came on the other nite while I was driving!!! Really - I was not mashing brakes at the time the light came on. I was actually doing about 140km/h when I believe I heard a faint clicking sound that prompted me to look down at the dash and there it was. I promptly lifted my foot from the accel to slow the car down and then I applied the brakes. They worked - no problem.
I switched the car off and back on several times that nite to see if that would make it go away without luck. The next morning when I started however, the light went off. The brakes don't feel any different than before and they work fine (I did not do an emergency stop to test that the ABS actually works though).
Any idea what this could be?
