93 EGT bits in KY.

This is how I got the car. If it ain't in the pics, I don't got it.

I'm taking the engine and most of the suspension, brake parts, and wheels for my project. The trans is a defunct auto. I know that doesn't leave much else, but what is there is up for grabs.

I'm in Clarksville, Indiana. About 10 minutes from Louisville, KY.

thats either a 91 or 92 by the way, not a 93. and it had 91-93 tracer LTS wheels on it. quite the combo! if you were closer i'd come grab some stuff, but i dont think it would be worth it to pay shipping

Huh. I thought the guy I got it from told me it was a 93... maybe the car he used the parts on was a 93???

Personally I like the wheels better than some that came on EGTs. They'll look alright on the Festy.

If you decide you want something let me know. Small things I can ship for free from work. lol

yea based on the spoiler, sideskirts, and door panels it has to be a 91-92. if he bought it as a parts car maybe he never had a title and guessed the year or something... lol.

i too like the tracer lts wheels, i have a set for my snow tires . ford used a white version of the same wheels on the ford Laser in australia (same thing as an escort gt pretty much).

i cant think of any little bits that i need, other than some interior plastic stuff. i'd have to make a list of what exactly i would need. how small does it have to be to ship it through work for free? :D

the dash and door panels look just like mine and mine is a 93... how much for the driver side window crank and the part inside the door the crank turns? mine is stripped and has a vice grip attached to move the window (came that way when i bought it)

the dash 91-94 is the same. i thought the interior changes were for the 93 model year, but i could be wrong. due to the style of sideskirts and rear spoiler though it HAS to be a 91 or 92.

someone could have easily swapped door panels... but i doubt they drilled holes in the body and swapped the hatch over in order to switch to the early style sideskirts and spoiler

I'll check tonight to see if the crank is there and if the window regulator works and get back to you. This is the freebie section so it'll be whatever shipping costs.

i might be interested in a bundle of rear interior plastic stuff, my car was completely gutted when i got it :/. if you end up making those rear strut braces you could ship it all together with one of those

oh totally forgot can i nab the driver side headlight or maybe just the mounting part on teh back of it? i'll check mine tonight when i get home and try to see what part is broken cause it wobbles pretty bad

I'm interested in plugs with pigtails from the engine harness and plugs with pigtails from the headlights.

I'll have to see how much of the harness I consume with my swap before I give any of that stuff away. I think most of it will come from my stock harness, but I know there are a few sensors plugs that I need to reuse.

Yeah projectmx, you can have the headlight, the window crank is there, the window regulator is a little stiff, but worked fine, didn't bind or anything. It may just need a little oil, it may just be because it's so cold and the window has been down in the rain for the last few days. Whatever, I'll pull it out this weekend and send it with the headlight and crank handle and you can decide if it's worth using.
