    struts and springs

Wow,its been a while since I posted on here. I ordered new tokico struts and eibach springs from John Bleakley Ford on 1/20/07 and was charged to my credit card then the next day I get an e-mail from the company that handles there on line orders saying that John Bleakleys account with them is no longer good.(keep in mind they have already charged my card). So,I call the dealership and was told that it will be reactivated soon but they no longer carry the springs. ok,how will I get my money back for those?.I call today because I still dont have the struts and find out none of my info was givin to them and they have been waiting to hear from me so they can get shipping info. I'm on the phone with them and they would not take my info over the phone I have to e-mail it to them,so I do. I'm still waiting for my struts and credit for the springs(I already gave my card info to them for credit on monday).this hole thing is turning into a nightmare. I'm doing all this because I have broken rear springs and a broken rear strut mount. Thanks for letting me vent.

i didn't have a problem with them either. i ordered the struts, they shipped the struts, and got a tracking number all within about 3-4 of me placing the order.

but, i also had called first to make sure they had the parts on hand. the first time i called, they were out. they told me to call back next week. i did, they had the struts. got off the phone and went online and made the order.

yeah. i got my springs on monday. they came in on time, and the guy provided me with the a tracking number and everything. Maybe you got the new guy who doesn't know what he's doing. Dunno, how this works out for ya, they are good struts (less then 10 miles on mine, i enjoy having dampening again )

Sorry for the long delay responding.I got the struts about a week later and the refund on the springs.I guess the only bad thing about this was communication from them.

Yea, communication is the key. But at least it all worked out. Plus the Eibachs aren't the best spring IMO, i have them on my Protege GT and find them really bouncy, and there was NO drop...well maybe 0.5" in the back...
