So, I want to go a step colder if possible next tuneup, but cant seem to find a colder plug.
Does anyone have the PArt number for a step colder and hotter plug heat range?

why do you want to change it? you should run the stock heat range unless you are planning to use nitrous or boost.

i dont know the part number, but if you want the correct colder plugs for boost, just buy plugs made for the 88-89 us spec GTX

Use NKG's. I think part numbers for them go something like this...

BKR 7 .... The middle number is the heat range. Search the board, I had a discussion about this a while ago. Also hit up NGK's site for how to read thier part numbers.

Edit--- here is a picture of how to read them.

yes they are. they are the same model plug i believe, just colder. easier to just order those than to have the 'tard at napa try to find you colder plugs.
