MX6 v6 24 valve intake

i just got an intake off a V6 MX6 - to put on my mx3 v6 - my question is this:

i presume the injectors off the mx6 are larger than the ones on my mx3 - is this corect and how much adjustment will or might i have to make if i put the larger injectors on the mx3 with the mx6 intake....
