it looks like the manifold & turbo wont clear the stock radiator. Plus I want to keep my a/c. Anyone have some suggestions???

If its a stock vj20 bpt setup then it should be fine. I've never heard anyone having any problems when it came to dropping a bpt in.

even with the GTR turbo a stock rad will work fine. i'm using a thicker than stock aluminum radiator for a nissan and it still fits with plenty of space

on my turbo setup the manifold hits the stock radiator

so iv found a 2 core half height and width Mitsi item (100% brass) not ali

(about the same size as a civic race radiator)
            works fine

have the manifold properly designed so the turbo system works with whats factory or subset a shorter radiator inbetween the core support & customize tabs to install it
