    Changing brake rotors

I was changing my brake pads and rotors out yesterday and I was unable to get my passenger side front rotor off. However the other side came off with out any problems.
I didn't see any screws or bolts holding the rotor on.
I was wondering if there are any tips that I can try out on this.
I tried to hammer it out from the back and it would not budge. I'm assuming that it is rust or something holding it on.
Any ideas that I can try out?

it is most likely rust, especially if you live in a climate where you get snow. i once replaced brakes on a saturn in which the front rotors literally came off in pieces they were rusted on so well... anyway. go to your local parts store and rent the biggest 3-prong gear puller they have. slap that on there, put up some blast shields () and crank down on it. either the rotor will break free and nicely pop off, or it will shatter into shrapnel like the car i mentioned a moment ago. good luck

not sure about other places but i know advance auto rents out those things for free. basically you have to buy it at full price and then return it when youre done.
