WTB Protege LX or EGT

Its about time I pick up a winter beater.

I'm looking for a 90-94 Protege LX or 91-96 Escort GT. Manual transmission please.

Unless it perfectly meets my criteria, I don't want to travel too far away.

What kind of price range are you looking for? Also what's the criteria? I might let mine go but dunno if I want to get rid of a rust free car just to have a new project. Also I'd probably want to take some parts off. Like rims,suspension,jdm goodies,mx3 lower tie bar,ect. We can talk about it

atomicEGT has a pink/purple EGT in decent shape but just needs a transmission, down here in the hartford area-ish. dont you have a spare transmission? it still has 1, 3, 5 so you could get it home no problem.

why LX or EGT? Why not a DX or a base 323...? gets better gas mileage, parts are cheaper, usually just as reliable.
