oh thats the fad that went around for like a week when we were all talking about busting out the amber lens. some have done it and like it. I personally dont think im goin to do it.

it looks okay, but i just put amber bulbs under the amber lens...
it's really dark orange now... heh... ... yeah...
*cough* anyway, i'd prefer the actual custom clears some people around here...
they look pretty well made, but i'm doubting any body is willing to part with them...

my only gripe with the home clear method is how it looks up close... (doesn't look very... clean or consistent)

and my gripe with the custom clears is the black part between the inner lens and the headlight is still black (or at least looks like it)...
reflective silver there would make it look so much better...

I think they look garbage... I'm a big fan of ghetto modding... but damn... I prefer the OEM ambers better than that...

I think it looks really sloppy...
It also looks like something from the 80's ... or better yet the 60s...

the black fill of the custom clears actually gives it a nice smoke look to it.. personally, if you could clean up that plastic in anyway.. it wouldn't look 100% like ****, it's just not worth it though IMO. the seal on the custom clears wasn't that great anyway

I like SemTex's idea.... Mazdaracer said something (in my post about Light covers) about finding clear light covers... that could be an alternative... so it would actually look like there is a lense around the corner... but god knows where you will find those. I had a hard time finding my smoked ones...

                        No.

Not even too crazy for the custom clears, either.
