I have a question I am trying to split my trans case and I cannot. There seems to be something stopping me. It is on the bottom and looks like a flat piece of metal holding the two halves together. It is by the slave cylinder. It is directly above a sensor with 4 wires comming from it. 1.8L manual trans 1991 escort. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
