Now that I have been replacing just about everything in my car and its for the most part completely apart and from seeing what was done to this car (tis a bit ghetto). When doing a GTR swap to a 4wd protege, is the rear end gearing for the protege compatible with the GTR transmission? I have found a lot of cut corners and wondering if there could be a big one under my nose and i dont know it.

Yah. What he said.'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

Yes, my first rallycar was a GTX, I had corksport do the BPT swap and the drivveshaft talked to the trans with no mods. That car had the factory gpA rear lsd, but the stocker should hold up to 250 ponies just fine. Course, you'll have gone with some manner of lsd back there, right, and if so, then less worries yet about blowing it up; you'll blow up the tranny first...'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
