well the parts are hand dried with a towel then oven baked to boil the water free from the metal & prevent pitting & corrosive rust from water left on the bearing surface. parts are baked @ 250° and left to cool

Could I ship it to you and then could you ship the mount to skuce for some powder?

I have a set that needs to be rebuilt.
Block is almost done, cylinders are overboard for Weisco pistons, pro gram billet main caps have been line bored, and my chinese EDT rods have been machined to right specs. Everything has been balanced.

the shaft could be PC'ed fairly easy & stay in great shape. however the bracket could posibbly stand a chance of nicking during pressing.

How about this? You rebuild me intermediate shaft for me, I pay you, you ship it back to me then I get the bracket PC'd.

find someone with a halfshaft (preferrably one of the guys who can powdercoat.
have them coat it & ship it to me, i'll rebuild it with a new bearing then.

                      symptoms:
strange whirring, clicking(in really bad situations), vibrations can also be a sub symptom of over excessive play, drag on drivetrain, the one noise you can't pinpoint.

Yes david, you kentucky dollar is still well with me.

are intermediate/halfshafts the same on the auto tranny as well?

unfortunately not. the automatic halfshaft is a F series spline count & is only compatible with the automatic or f series 5spd's.

Do you rebuild those too then? Not sure if there's much of a point, but just thought i'd ask.
