Yes. KY. Like the jelly.
I'm Tim. 21 year-old IT Slave/autocrosser/occasional student. I grew up in a car-crazy family and my repertoire is reflective of this. I've been buying/fixing/selling/racing/breaking cars since I was 15. The most recent addition is a '94 Protege DX with 255k miles. It was a one-owner car before me, and is a very basic car. No passenger-side mirror, no radio, etc. I love the simplicity. It currently has a blown head gasket, but I've ordered the pieces to take care of that. Here are a couple of pics of the new beastie:
For those who are interested, here are the others that are currently in my stable:
'90 Miata prepped for SCCA autocross in STS2:
'69 Saab 96 DeLuxe restomod project/driver:
'87 Saab 900S Airflow:
'84 RX-7 GSL-SE (for sale):
'92 Saab 900S that I bought for my gf to drive when the weather is questionable:
'87 Escort EXP Sport Coupe (soon to go to a good friend, I hope):
There have been quite a few others in the past and there will be many more in the future, but for now, I'm pretty excited about getting the Protegé back on the road. Thanks for reading, and remember, the whistles go .
