score. That's the way to do it, clean every part and make it shine!
No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat.

He lives in Alberta Canada.....the home of winter. I can see why you went with epoxy. I hate how much salt this country uses.

            Endura makes some good coatings

Looks like a great start. Definetly grab a winter beater car if you're going through all the work to make it look good.

                      Endura:

the primer is an epoxy and the top coats are a 2 part poly of some kind I think. Sure a b***h to put on w/a brush because the existing coat is disolved by the one going on.
About $100 for 2 qts. (1 qt ea, part A & B) I scooped my kids leftovers for this

It's worth it to spray it on.

yeh a HVLP system would be nice for sure. The main reason I'm painting the suspension parts is to try to keep ice from forming or at least coming off easier on those freezing rain days.
Oh yeh, also so it looks purty when it's upside down in the ditch LOL!

watch the tie-rods for ice (can hinder turning significantly)
